Job summary 

 

Reporting to the First Team Kit Manager the successful applicant will be based at the First Team Training Ground at Rush Green, Romford, and will assist with the provision of a kit service to the First Team Squad, working within a small team in an often highly pressurised environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
 

*       To assist in managing the club's kit requirements.

*       Assist with kit distribution and assist with regular stock checks.

*       Ensure the correct kit and equipment are provided for all home and away games. .

*       Printing of Training and Match Kit to ensure compliance with Premier League and FA Regulations.

*       To work in the laundry room; this will include washing, drying, folding and putting away kits from training and matches.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas: - Essential (E) Desirable (D)

 

Education/Qualifications/Experience:

 

*        Previous experience of working as a kitman/woman (D)

 

*        Previous experience of working in a professional football environment (D)

 

*        Holds a full valid driver’s licence (E)

 

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

*        Hard working and enthusiastic individual

*        Meticulous attention to detail

*        Displays a high level of confidentiality

*        Able to carry out instructions accurately

*        Reliable with good time keeping

*        Excellent communication and organisational skills
